Scott Grant
Project Architect
Scott believes that truly great architecture resonates through a careful reading of context and community. His work is elegant, tactile and deeply considered. This philosophy has shaped a diverse and socially engaged body of work spanning cultural, residential and commercial sectors, from the intimate craftsmanship of Nibthwaite Barn on the shores of Lake Coniston, to the civic scale of 291 Harrow Road for Westminster City Council, and the innovative off-site modular construction of the Beacon Theatre for Bradford City of Culture.
His extensive experience in social housing, modular construction, heritage and conservation and Higher Risk Buildings reflects a deep commitment to the communities his buildings serve. At Carter Gregson Gray, Scott brings that same rigour and humanity to every stage of delivery.
