Martha understands that the quality of work people create, is shaped by the conditions in which they do that work. Her formative years at a global engineering practice, at a design-focused architecture studio  has given her an intimate understanding of the rhythms of creative practice and the complex operational infrastructure required to sustain it, grounding her in the particular demands of a design-led professional environment.

At Carter Gregson Gray, she brings the same warmth, precision and quiet authority to the management of people as she does to processes, whether overseeing HR, facilities, finance or compliance. Her commitment to community as a Governor at a London primary school and former Committee Chair and Treasurer of a Newham nursery, compliments the character of the practice.
