Amy Sullivan-Bodiam
Project Architect
Amy loves making, bringing precision and warmth to every project she touches. An advocate for sustainable communities, she has a profound and personal understanding of what it means to create a home. This is demonstrated in her leadership of a temporary housing project in Westminster and as a self-builder with the pioneering RUSS Church Grove development in Lewisham.
Her work across residential, educational, cultural and workspace projects with studios including Cottrell & Vermeulen, has also shaped her feeling for the craft of building. Her portfolio ranges from the reinvention of a West End theatre for Sir Cameron Mackintosh to new community schools and creative workplaces. Many of these ideas were distilled in the Beacon Theatre for Bradford City of Culture 2025 where her love of materials, innovative construction techniques and collaborative culture shone through.
